Louis is. customer friendly but I had to constantly remind him of my appointment which he st up. When he finally came to start the service, I had to follow up, like after 10-15 minutes after he said vehicle would be ready, it was not. Then I waited and asked again later, and he initiated the payment process. I’m grateful he gave me free exterior wash but I had to follow up after 40 minutes and he said he would bring my car out. So no I was not satisfied with the service I received and will ask for a different service representative next time I need servicing. Thank you for asking for my feedback.

Hands downs the Absolute Worst experience Ever! Horrible Customer Service. I waited shortly Over an hour for “my” service representative to go “find” my loaner. I literally had to call into service while waiting on location. No one wanted nor did they address my issues with my recently purchased vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me in the exact same condition..service lights on dash and all. Never doing the 4 days my vehicle was there No one would speak to me nor return my calls. Not to mention Phones were answered in the most unprofessional manner. I was told by “my” finance manager on the deal that I had a 90 day warranty. Mentioned this to “my” sales lady& she swore to it she knows NOTHING about it. The vehicle was sold to me with bad tires, rotors & brakes & warning/services lights on dash. 10 out of 10 I would Never Recommend Easy Honda. Enolia M

“The maintenance was taking too long.”(3/14 11:00-16:15). After software upgrade for recall , on dashboard showed error message “Supplemental restraint system problem” on 3/18, and disappear 2hours later. I’m considering if need to drive back to Easy Honda to fix it.
On the whole, not good experience for this time my overall service.
