Rudy did an excellent job with helping me to get my recall issue taken care of. He explained the issue, told me a general timeline for completion and arranged an Uber to get me to work and then back to pick up my car. Very pleased with the whole experience.

My appointment was at 9:00 am for routine service, oil change etc. I told them I would wait for it. But my car was ready 41/2 HOURS later. When I made the appointment. I assumed that like in the past it may take up to 2 hours. I find it very disrespectful for Easy Honda overbook customers!!! And not considering the customer’s waiting time! I find it abusive. You have to understand that I have a choice where I take my car! I have been a loyal customer for 7 plus years & I bought my car from this dealership when it was Spring Branch Honda. I am very disappointed and you lost me as good paying customer!
