I would have appreciated knowing that there was a 3% fee for using a credit card before I came to get service. I would have brought my checkbook. When I expressed that, I got a shrug rather than thoughts on payment at a later time.

I went for the recall, an appraisal, a foul smell coming from the AC and my dashboard shows an update is needed. Well the update required alert is still popping up and the appraisal was not provided to me, it was said Honda does not provide it in writing. So now I have to go again which is a big waste of time.
