For the first time I have lost trust in this dealership.I have bought cars from this location since 1987 and I may never come back because I no longer trust your service department. We have bought 4 vehicles from that location and always had them serviced there. It is a very sad day.

Erik was amazing I typically visit the honda in Tomball but since I move Easy Honda was the new location closer to me. This was my first visit and my vehicle hadn't been serviced in quite some time. I really enjoyed how the workers took pictures of the issues that my vehicle had. So far great service.

Louis was friendly and polite, but I was frustrated by the lack of communication. When I made the appointment, I wasn’t told where to go or what to do. When I got there and got in line for service, I sat there for several minutes while people made eye contact or asked me any questions, even though there were no other people waiting in their cars. I received no information or calls the entire day that my car was at the shop. When I called at the end of the day, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes then my call was dropped. The second time I called back I spoke with a different Louis who was very hard to understand and the clarity was poor. My service agent Louis Finally called me back at 6:15. And said my car would be ready the next day between 10 and 11. I did not hear anything so I called at 12:30 and was told my car would be ready in another 30 minutes. Again no information on where to go to get my keys and paperwork.

Makayla did a fantastic job managing my vehicle. However I am severely disappointed with Honda. I’ve had multiple issues with my side view mirror lights on my 2024 Honda pilot and Honda is refusing to fix it. I am currently driving around with a broken light while the vehicle is under warranty because the manufacturer refuses to fix the issue until they have engineered a permanent solution. I should not have to drive around with a defective light while the vehicle is under warranty.
