The service was fine and Mycla. Sorry I spelled name wrong. She was great. Just 1 little problem. I don't mind in adjusting AC, mirrors just as long to return back where they were. The steering wheel was in my lap. Did not like that. FYI! Just a little tip. I was also ask if I wanted to sell my car. Nope, I will keep it.

A simple oil change should not take 3.5 hours before they even started the ten point inspection. I purchased my car there and get all my service done there
There is no way an oil change should take that long after the service department acknowledged they checked it in on time for my appointment
