When I visited on January 13th with concerns about the emergency brake & brake hold buttons falling through the middle of my console, unprovoked, I received belittling/condescending comments from Keito Julian such as “If this is such a common issue, don’t you think I would’ve heard of it before?”. When I explained that I have seen numerous complaints online from Honda customers facing the same exact issue I was told “well I’m sure if you google anything you’ll find a few people with the same issue”. After my vehicle was inspected, I was told the buttons were left where they found them (inside the large hole in my middle console, with electrical wires exposed) & that someone would reach out to me in two weeks. After a month, I called into the service department for an update and no one had a resolution or explanation for the bizarre issue. It wasn’t until I visited on March 12th that Erik Baatz was able to fix my issue, within a few hours, with no problem! Erik was also very kind & got my car back to me looking brand new before I had to go to work! Erik was great, Keito was somewhat rude & left a terrible impression.

The work done here seems like it’s the minimal that can be done. Takes a long time for an oil change even if I make an appointment. They could have offered to wash my car.
