You do not need to reach out to me. It wasn’t the work that was done, it was the check-in method. You ask us to schedule an appointment which I did and I’m pretty sure I picked the earliest possible one being at 7 AM when the place first opens. I was at the front of the line. I’ll be at the furthest line when you pull into the service station. As soon as the lights came on all the cars in the first lane were assisted and I did not get helped until 7:15 which then made my Uber ride much more expensive And I was late for work. I just think if you’re going to take the time to schedule an appointment you should be helped at your appointment time if you’re the first one there. It’s a simple fix and I’m not upset. I just think there should be a more structured order to the process.
