I wish I had been given a time estimate for the repair whem i made my appointment over the phone, because the recall notice suggested 2 hours and I was not prepared for a 7 hour wait. But you were considerate enough to keep my other appointments in mind, shortened my service time to about 4 hours, and got me out in time to meet my other obligations. I greatly appreciate everything.
My check tire pressure light came on during my drive back, but I'm not sure yet if that was related.

Service advisor wasn’t there to check me in. I asked for a print out of the problems and she said she would give it to me when she brought my keys. I saw my car sitting in front of customer lounge but she never came to get me so I had to go to her and when I walked up she was texting on her phone (assuming not work related). She said my keys must have been given to advisor who checked me in , so she had to go get my keys from him. Otherwise who knows how long I would have sat there before getting my car. I was there like 2 hours or close to 2 hours. I got there very early like 6:26 am. I feel like it took way too long for them to do any oil change. I understand they checked my whole car but I feel like it took much longer than it should have. Also, the price given for repairs was way too expensive. You should offer customers much more reasonable prices if you want their business.

I’m so unimpressed with the changes made over the years with this company. It has gone from giving us a family car that we can enjoy and be proud to being a place that looks for every way to milk a family dry. Your company would NOT sale me an extended warranty. The person said “You u won’t need it with a Pilot.” I’ve spent $4000 already this year. Now I have an estimate for $11000. You also charge 3.25% for credit cards. You are about money and not safe family cars. I’m done with Honda. I will probably be done with your service. I have sent three people to other companies when they asked me about my Honda experience. None of them are driving a Honda right now.

The service with Richard was okay. He kept me updated and pushed the service team to get my vehicle ready. I’m not upset with him at all. I’m overall disappointed that it took over 4 hours to get an oil change, alignment and my tires balanced. I left past closing time and my car wasn’t washed because it wasn’t going to be ready before closing time. I don’t need anyone to call me. I’ve shared more than enough
