Received text and phone call that the car was ready to be picked up at 12:27pm. Upon arrival at 2:20pm, attendant brought wrong keys with paperwork. I explained that I had an appointment to keep that I could not be late for. I was told that the car would be brought up immediately- no more than 2-3 min. Called porter to bring correct car. Porter arrived with wrong car. Porter disappeared for 15 min. Came back stating keys could not be found. Eventually found keys after another 3 people got involved. Porter finally brings car another 10 min. later and says he didn't have time to wash it. Car was not washed as promised. I was late to my appointment.
Why did I receive a phone call a text message at 12:27 PM if the car was not ready?
I'm continuing to receive incessant automatic text messages after being promised that they would stop.

Gordon, gave great customer service! But, the day before, I had scheduled an appointment over the phone. But when we got there, I was not on the schedule, I was told while making the appointment, it would be about a 30-45 min. waite. it was close to 3 hours!My husband and I were told, my several members in your parts department, the Blended oil which my CRV requires, is no longer available. I asked one of the mechanics, what type of oil is being put in my Vehicle; he said Blended. But then 2 other mechanics came up and said, No, its Full Synthetic. Asked Gordon, he said Blended. The first mechanic I had spoken to walked by, I stopped him and he again said It's The Factory Called For Blend.
Therefore, I can not say I was completely satisfied!
