I made an appointment online and pre-selected the service package I wanted, but when I got there it was as if that was never taken into account,I waited one hour in the service line, parts that should be there for a recall weren't there and I was told that fixing a crack in my windshield would mean calling someone to come out in advance. What's the point of making an appointment and preselecting service items if they are just disregarded?
