I was frustrated that my appointment was at 10am and when I arrived on time, I was told by the greeter to wait in my car and someone would be with me shortly. At 10:15, I was still waiting. I asked the greeter when I might be getting helped since I had a 10:00am appointment and he dismissed me with a curt "I don't know." I had someone who had come to pick me up who was then required to wait for me. I don't understand why, if my appointment was at 10 and I was there on time, I was required to wait for so long. Sandra was great and as quick as can be but I ended up not getting out of there until about 10:25.

I told the advisor that in addition to the recall on the vsa modulator software, I needed him to secure the rubber housing on the light appliance in the rear window of the honda 2016 2 dr coupe. I picked up the car after four hours, but the rubber housing is still falling off and is not secured. The vision in the rear window is impaired, with the rubber housing not secured, but falling down and taking up a lot of the rear window space. It seems to me that the repair on the rubber housing was not done properly, since I would imagine that the rubber housing should be secured against the rear window and not falling down. It is also somewhat of a vision or visibility safety issue.
