I have always had good experiences servicing my care at Metro Honda. This time after the services was done, I checked out and noticed that the tires were marked medium. I had just gotten brand new tires. I went back and the agent went back to the shop and came back apologizing that it was a mistake. I was wandering if there were other mistakes and if they really paid attention to the car. What else could they have missed. I also did not get a complimentary car wash. I went back again and the agent said sorry I forgot to give you a complementary care wash code so you can come back next time for the car wash.I was not totally satisfied this time and I hope to have a better experience next time.

I'm not fully satisfied due to my Honda still has the air that goes off and on.I never had this before. In my opinion, I feel like I got a bad model Honda civic, which Honda wouldn't have known. I just wish I knew if they even tried to take my dashboard off to try and fix the problem, or just did a simple link up to a machine and that was it.

Henry is exceptionally professional and efficient. He apologized for the little wait and when I came to pick up my car, he remembered my name!!! I can't begin to tell you how much that makes a difference. Instead of feeling like a "number", Henry made me feel like I have been going to your service center for years. Henry did a great job. However, it took nearly 15 minutes to have my car brought around so that I could leave the dealership. It would have taken even longer but after 9 minutes I had to ask someone to bring my car around again.
