I took my Honda for oil change on Thursday I feel my car kind wheer it doesn't run smooth like it used to its like for some reason it doesn't speed up it feels to weak when starts running really understand happy

My experience with Henry was fine. When I picked up my car there was only one service person working so I walked to his desk. He was typing and asked me to wait, I sat for a few minutes before he was able to help me. I had also had my car looked at for pricing for a possible trade in so I asked him if he could get the girl to which I was told " I don't know anyone in that depeartment, go to get sales." He was very quick and it was obvious he did not want to help me further. You would think that you would want these departments to interact as it helps all of Honda. I then went over to the the sales where again I was met with someone who did not want to help me. While I understand the pricing can change on trade cars I was basically told I needed to see the used car guy. Then he said it all depends on specials and what we wanted. After awhile I finally got a number and then when asked about promotions on a car was told Honda doesn't do promotions. Why offer a service that you have placed in my car to let me know what my car is worth and then not tell me? We need to know if we want to sell privately or bring it for a trade in, I cannot do that if I the sales person will not tel me. I don't know if he believed that we are looking at cars to buy and so did not want to waste his time or thought perhaps I didn't know anything about cars or could not qualify( don't judge a book by his cover). I left mad and will be buying my Honda at another location. I believe one sales person noticed I was upset as he starting talking to me and was much nicer, but I felt judging for my appearance and youngness by the previous.
