I was told the parts were in stock to schedule my recall, and when my wife dropped it off John said the parts were in stock - but right at closing time on Friday John called me and said they did not have the passenger side part- so I could keep my car there for them to get the part the next day- or pick up the car as is that night and re-schedule to have the other part installed - so I told them to keep it and do it tomorrow- I said you should give me a free oil change for my inconvenience, John laughed and said I'll see what I can do?
Well, he called me at 8am the next morning and said the car is ready?? How did he get that part so quick and install it before 8am?? Smells like the service shop just wanted to go home on time Friday night, and he just used the excuse of "we didn't have the part"?? What if I needed my car first thing in the morning the next day, and also it's been so hard to make an appointment with my schedule, how would I get my car there again?
So I told him again that it would be good customer service to give me an oil change - and he said no problem -
My wife had to pick it up later that day around 4:30- and low and behold John did NOT give me an oil change after all and said to my wife that he didn't know your husband wanted to have the oil changed "today" and he included his card saying to give me a oil change another time?? - again, smells shady placing words in my mouth?? That is not what we talked about!
My wife backed me up because she heard my convo over the phone with John, and she said as soon as she started to show a little dissapintment - Both John and the guy helping her shut down and didn't even apologize - John started to offer changing the oil but looked at the clock and said they wouldn't have time -
I'm not happy with the "shady" words and actions of John, he is after all representing you "Metro Honda" - NOT good customer service or management of your service team! Maybe he didn't want to "explain" to his boss why he gave a free oil change??
But I will say that the ladies who helped me make the appointment are very nice and helpful-
You asked me if i was satisfied so i'm just making sure you know what happened!

John was great! However, I was misquoted by Julie. She was given the car details and we were quoted 79 for transmission fluids replacement, which turned out to be NOT for CVT, even after she was given all the details. I had to drive back from North Hollywood thinking I was getting a good deal. Turns out I was given the wrong quote.

My car service is actually still open. Part was ordered and will be in tomorrow, to complete service. However your automated service is telling me service is complete, so you probably need to fix how/why the system is saying that.

Mr. Henry was very personable and my visit started out great. It wasn't until I returned to pick up my car that my experience tanked. My car was supposed to be washed (and I saw Mr.Henry stamp it on the work order) and it wasn't. The mechanics left plastic covering on my seat and paper on the floor. I removed these and looked for a trash can. None was readily available so I walked into the shop and asked them to discard the detritus - they were not rude but weren't helpful or apologetic that these were left in my car.
