Everything was fine, really. I hate saying that I wasn't completely satisfied. The only issue was the time it took. It was supposed to take an hour and it took about 40 minutes longer than that.
Overall, I continue to be impressed with Metro. Everyone is very helpful and attentive.

Tommy was great! Friendly, polite, attentive. My issue is with the actual car service - the reason I brought my car in. What needed to be fixed was not. The gear shift knob is sticking. This is a brand new part and it is sticking. One would think that Honda would have test driven it to check whether or not the new part was functioning correctly. Very disappointed, but have already scheduled an appt online to bring the car in this Saturday...
