Patrick was friendly, polite, and professional. The service technician also did an excellent job on replacing my door trim guard. Even when the coffee machine ran out of water, and the frig was empty; both were refilled within 10 minutes (without anybody reporting it); that really impressed me. It seemed like everyone on the premises was on the ball. Keep up the good work!

There was problem, but not significant to justify dissatisfaction, with check-in of vehicle at scheduled appointment time. Metro had employee(s) call in sick such that there was a long wait line to get service. So at check-in after about 10 minutes of waiting with no response from Metro, I left the vehicle in the Metro driveway and went into building trying to obtain service and discovered that I again had to wait to get service and after additional 5 minutes of waiting, a service advisor yelled out words asking who owned this particular vehicle that was blocking driveway. At that time, I started to receive my service. I suggested to my advisor that Metro put up a sign informing customers what to do when there are excessive wait time like when employees call in sick to avoid similar situations (I.e., stay with vehicle in driveway and wait and do not go inside building) Otherwise, my service was very good.
