I brought my car into Metro Honda about a year ago for a passenger airbag fix and it seemed to have gone smoothly. After that, the "Side Airbag Off" light would turn on every so often. I didn't want to go back to just get that looked at, so I waited until my next oil change. This brings me to November 1st, 2016. I came in for the oil change and to have the airbag issue resolved. I brought it up to Henry and how I only started having the issue after the recall. Henry's justification was to compare the inflator to to an age-worn part like a tire that takes daily abuse. To reach the inflators, you must go through the airbag (my issue I've been having) and that's the only possible way the "Side Airbag Off" light would come on. I've always been taught the customer is right and shouldn't be penalized 120 for something that wasn't their or time's fault. I'm saddened by how Henry handled the situation. Hopefully, if I return, another representative can better help my needs.
