Experience was great, except service in the dealership was slow. Took 15 minutes for an attendant to retrieve my car, even though I could see it in the parking lot from just outside the door. They took my key and said they had to get the car for me. Why couldn't I have walked over to it and got it myself?

The "Greeter" was, in my opinion, not well trained. I sat in the customer lounge for 1 1/2 hours. Nobody bothered to ask for me or to find the owner of my car. It was parked outside. The young man said After I started checking at 11:00
O'clock I should have gone to the customer service desk. Nobody said anything to me. I handed him my keys and sat down in the lounge. Since I brought my computer I kept busy waiting to be called that my car was ready.
I am satisfied with the way the situation was handled aft I spoke with the service director. He did not charge for the service which I expected to make up for the excessive wait. All in all I like your new surroundings and your courteous staff. I will continue dealing with your company.
