Matthew Burch is the best! He gave me an estimate of a 2-hour wait for the software update. At the end of the 2 hours he asked if I wanted a car wash, and when I declined, he brought my vehicle to the front and completed all of the paperwork accurately.
Dealing with Matt reverses the unfavorable opinion I had formed about the service department after I was denied appointments in late 2015 and early 2016.
Because of Matthew Burch, I think the service at Metro Honda is wonderful! The music in the waiting area is good, too....
