Never let me know the name of service member who was working on my car.When I would call to check on status of car they would ask who was service memberI told them I was never given there name,And I still don't know who it was.Pretty weak!!

Vance was great. I am very pleased with the way he helped us. I would give him 5 stars. The only complaint I would have is when my mom went to pick up the vehicle another gentleman, Gordon Jackson, tried to still pressure my mom into doing a whole break job, even after I had already explained to Vance that we would hold off on that job for the time being and my mom does not like aggressive sales tactics. The shuttle driver Roberto was very helpful and courteous.
