Question: I asked the guy who helped me why he charged me 69.95 when the board out front said that oil change was 32.95 and tire rotation was 19.95. He said it was bc those are the individual prices, you get more when you combo it. We check fluids, top off, and do other things. Fluid checks and top off are complimentary so not sure what I paid an additional 17.00 for. I had come in for a recall, oil change, and tire rotation. He said I should also get an alignment, which I got but after his answer, it makes me question his advice.

Your service personnel are nice people. However your phone service is horrible and needs to be fixed. Holding for a long time not being able to speak to anybody is an issue. One day I could not get a hold of anybody and had to wait till the following day. Your service managers never return phone calls. That is an issue. Experience that twice within a month and realize that I would not take my car there for service ever again.
