The servicing took too long even with an appointment was made prior to getting serviced.i don't know why it had to take almost 3hrs to finish oil change and tire totation.if i knew it is going to take that long i could have taken it to ither shop,or do it my self for way less amount of time.

It's normal use setting, and not turn the headlamps off
From their previous setting of auto.
It is irritating to pickup your car and you have to reset
seats, information display, mirrors, audio, headlamps, etc
