I was brought home and picked up which is a big thing for me because I don't have any other means of transportation. Van driver EZ I believe is what they call him, is always very professional. I bought a Honda at Metro about 2-3 years ago and I was so disappointed with the customer service that when I traded my car in for a new one, I went to a different dealership. But today's experience has changed my mind. I loved that I was helped quickly, that my car was washed, and that Vance remembered me when I came to pick up my car and he pulled my car right up to the front for me. He was so friendly and it made me want to give that dealership another try.
