I told zpatri k that there was some service that he car needed from a previous appointment. He just responded that car only needed an oil change. I knew that he was not going to look into my request. Where is the good customer service that Honda gas been known for. Was I not supposed to ger free oil changes per my contract? So, I do not think that you are giving good customer service. When I ask about what has not been done before I expect that my request be looked into. Previous request needs to be looked into, my pedal makes my foot slip off, and my doors sometimes do not lock. I want the lights in the back looked at that all of them are functioning and my seat seems low to.me and adjusting the seat does not work for me to my satisfaction. I would like Joseph King to call me because he is a great service rep. If not someone that will listen to my request and check into it. My number is ****-****-xxxx. Thank you. ALICE R

Our service adviser was not very friendly. He wanted me to come back to my house (about 40 miles away) to pick up a document showing what was still owed. He made me feel stupid, like I should know this process. I understand that he does this on a regular basis, but this is barely my third new vehicle, and it's been more than 3 years since my last one. I keep making an opportunity for you guys to get my business, but more and more I feel like you don't want it. Also,I was told that the vehicle was going to be detailed before we took it home (that didn't happen) then I was told it would be done when I brought it back to get the tint, and I still see streaks and smudges.

I dropped off my car the night before for an oil change, I nevered received a call notifying me that the car was ready, I got an email notification only. Henry was I'm sure busy with another customer. John was able to help me when I go there, he said as friendly, courteous and professional. I will definitely come back but only to be serviced by John only .
