Was ok with the oil change, was unfortunate not to get the car washed as the other times I have taken my car for service. I think they should never wash cars in the first place, this way customers don't expect it next time they drop by.

Comments are about Metro Honda service as a whole, not about Mr. Gonzalez. Morning take-in with appointment was extremely slow and appeared disorganized. Pick up, even after call that car was ready, was even worse. In a word: whole thing appears disorganized.
