People at drive-up for service were not on the ball and numbered a car that came in after me with a number before mine (4482 vs. 4483).
Thomas (Tommy?) was professional and sharp. I would like followup on the airbag recall, though. He was supposed to have the techs tell me if it had already been done or not, and I did not get feed back on that issue. The final invoice motes look like standard verbiage to me.

I was told the service would take 90 minutes, but ended up waiting for additional hour(150 total minutes). In addition, the car was not wash until Jimmy the sale person got it wash eventually. Finally, the tire pressure warning light is still showing on the dashboard.
