I was very satisfied with the service and I have to say that John **** was very helpful, pleasant and professional, I think Honda should reward their good employees.

After explaining the issue to my service advisor, Henry Gonzales, and also letting him know that I had a mechanic advise me the issue was a bad wheel bearing, he assured me they would take a look. 3 hours later Henry called me and told me there was no problem with the wheel bearing and that I needed to replace my tires due to "flat spots." He advised he had a good price on tires and he also recommended I get an alignment, which just happened to be on sale.
I decided to take the car to another dealership for a second opinion and they did confirm that the drivers side wheel bearing was bad.
So, I'm left wondering how Henry missed this diagnosis? Was he just trying to sell me tires and an alignment and when that didn't fix the issue he would dig further after already squeezing $600+ from me? Needless to say, Metro Honda will no longer receive business from me.
