John **** was very polite and helpful! I accidentally left my cell phone in my car. He located it and said he would put it in a locked drawer until I picked up my car. I chose to go back and pick it up, but I really appreciated his offer to help.

As always I received excellent service. Tommy Owens always expresses what type of service would be rendered to my vehicle and I'm impressed that he discusses any particulars or concerns the mechanic may have to discuss with me the owner. With that in mind, Tommy went the extra mile to show me how to use my air conditioner and heater properly. That bit of information made my day. Thank you Metro Honda.

I explained that I continuously have problems with the Apple CarPlay feature in the car and I was told that you guys are sorry about that but when a Droid is plugged in there are no problems so there is nothing that can be done and it's not Honda's problem but in fact my problem because it's a software issue with the phone. That is an unacceptable answer and if Honda is going to feature that they partner and include Apple CarPlay then Honda should have a solution to this problem. Also, I was very disappointed to see that my car didn't receive a courtesy wash, I have owned 2 previous honda's and every time I had service I received courtesy washes.

Patrick was great. However, my car didn't get washed as promised and although Patrick found a solution to the problem, after waiting a little over two hours, I just wanted to come back to my car as it was promised to be. Also, someone opened my glove compartment (for whatever reason--still not sure why) and did not put back all my personal items as they were found.

Waited over three hours for my car to be completed. At 11:45 I signed the final paperwork and waited for the car to be brought up front for me. After 15 minutes of waiting they said the car was on a test drive. Remember, I had they final signed paperwork in my pocket. At 12:15 the car was finally delivered to me. It was not washed so Patrick gave me a card to use to get it washed myself. Honestly, this is the poorest service I have ever received from any dealership.
