Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I will definitely be coming back and recommend Metro Honda to my friends and family. I don't think I did the survey the last time I was there but I do want the company to know that Patrick Henry helped me last time and he was Awesome!! A great asset to the company. I think the receptionist misunderstood me and made my appointment with Henry G. But all in all my experience has been great wiyh Metro Honda! Thanks again for great service.

The overall service was Average. I understand it was a very busy day for Metro Honda, given its the day before Thanksgiving however I feel like my husband and I shouldn't have waited as long as we did for the shuttle to return to Norms to pick us up, as Norms is litreally around the corner from dealer. We waited a lil over an hour, so much so that we took a cab which was 10. And in my opinion we should have been credited that amount. Our service Rep Gordon Jackson was apologetic and provideD great service but Metro Honda should really think about making some changes to their shuttle service routes, so that those that are waiting to get picked ARe not waiting as long as we did.

The only problem I had was in the car wash. The car wash attendant that guides you in the wash didn't tell me that my bumper was getting ripped of by the rail underneath the car he just kept telling me to drive forward until I finally herd a loud sound and I got out to inspect it. He could of just told me that it was about to hit and we wouldn't of had a problem. I didn't even wash my car and just backed out
