Hola s creo que jhon tiene experiencia para atender muy bien los clientes si mucha responsabilidad con su trabajo es que yo estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio que me hicieron en Honda gracias (:-)

Prior to bringing in my car, at 7:42 I received an Email:
Dear Morgan Long:
Thank you for scheduling your appointment in advance.
There was 4 or 5 maintenance and warning symbols on my dash letting me know there was problems and time for maintenance.
I Brought my 2016 Accord in to Metro Honda for my first Maintenance.....
Then I received several messages about my Service by text.
At 10:16am I received a text message:
Update: Your Honda is all serviced and ready to come home! Metro Honda ****-****-xxxx........
At 10:17 I was on my way to pick up my car.
At 10:22am my phone received a call from Metro Honda.
At 10:23am my phone received a voice mail regarding a question about my car, or I could discuss it when I arrive to pick up my car.
Everyone at Metro Honda was Courteous and Professional including Tommy Owen, the service advisor that helped me.
The maintenance wasn't completed on my car........
I still have Warning Lights all over my dash.
It happened to be the one time I could have left my car for two days - until Thursday.
Since I have to take my Accord back to a dealer to have the problems diagnosed and repaired, this trip didn't really serve any purpose.
I work in La Verne, I Live in Perris Riverside.
I'll have to take my car to another Dealer closer to me.
And I recommend 1 method of contacting a customer....
