I dropped my car off and left my keys with a note in night/drop box to have it serviced the next morning. I received a call from Joseph to confirm he had my car and just wanted to make sure he knew what exactly what my concerns were with my car. We went over it and I was confident he knew what I was talking about. I was a little hesitant leaving it overnight to get it serviced but after Joseph helped me I knew I made a good choice leaving my car.He was very helpful and definitely made me feel like car was in good hands.Great customer service!!!

Surprised that my door had no Warranty!! The passenger back seat door gets stuck it's been like that since I've had it. Recently I've had passengers in the back seat, and not able to open the door. I've never had a vehicle that this happened to, and if it did it was always covered even if I had a vehicle for 10 years .. i'm not happy
