Patrick Henry was truly outstanding. If I needed a leader to train people during workshops on how to provide customer service, I would pick Patrick Henry every time. I had called last night and asked about pricing for a new battery. The person I spoke to got my car information and told me there was a promotion for 30 off so the total would be 160 instead of 190. I asked if that incudled installation and he said yes. However, that was not the price I ended up getting today. Never fear, Patrick Henry to the rescue. He explained the situation to someone in the back twice and got the price reduced, albeit still not the price quoted on the phone.
My overall level of satisfaction is also influenced by the work actually done on my car. Two out of the two times when I've brought my car in for issues, after everything was "completed", I'd get in the car, drive down to the street and had to turn back because there was something not right with the car. The first time all my warning lights were on. I brought the car back and they had to take more time to fix it. Not only that, the couple days later, we had our first battery problems. Could be a coincidence. Today after replacing my battery, the anti-theft feature that disables the radio was not properly reconfigured so I had to bring it back again. It makes me wonder what else was not properly taken care of in my car that I wouldn't be able to notice!
The trust is built customer service-wise, but the trust to fix my car has not been.
