The initial customer intake was a bit convoluted. The porter was handling too many customers at a time. It was confusing for customers to figure out who was next in line. Eventually the order of service was resolved.
Service adviser Tommy did a great job. He was attentive to my service needs.
Other than the initial circus act, the service was great.
