I am not happy because of the cost of a replacement battery for my Honda Civic hybrid that only has 41,000 miles on it and the battery has already been replaced once. The cost of the battery is more than double what the car is worth. This is not acceptable to me. These batteries seem to be defective. They should last a lot longer than 41,000 miles. I was told that the mileage being so low is what caused the problem with the battery. That's the first time I've ever heard of not driving enough damaging a car. It makes me not want to buy a hybrid again.
