My representative was fine although I have always bought cars and serviced them through the dealership since I just recently purchased my accord I had not had to go to the service department until now and every other dealership I had gone too ALWAYS RETURNED MY CAR WASHED. My appointment was at 10:30 am and my vehicle was ready at 4pm when I got a text to notify me it was ready before I left I requested if they could provide a car wash but when I picked up my car at 5 it wasn't cleaned :(

Even though the two main reasons for visiting the service department (vibration of the brake pedal when applying the brakes at 70 mph, and loose HDMI cable diplayed on the screen, were not detected, the oil change was performed well.

The service guy didn't listen to me when I told him what was wrong and instead suggested a bunch of useless services. When I came to pick it up the issue wasn't resolved and the car had to be kept two more days than when I came to pick it up service department couldn't find my car I sat for 45 minutes while they looked for it
