How is that making an appointment to have my oil changed it was still an hour and half? That is not satisfactory service by no means. I was told that having an appt only guarantees my car will be serviced that day before you close - what by 10pm? I was also told that you service a hundred cars a day - I will make sure next time it will be one less car you will need to service. I make appointments to insure my time is not wasted. I will remember this when it comes time to purchase a new car. Plus the movies you had playing on the TV were not family friendly and there were children around. Shame.

Labor costs were too high. $780 to replace three door locks that took maybe 4 or 5 hours. That's $150 per hour for labor. Doctors don't make that much and I know your mechanic doesn't. If I can avoid the dealership in the future I will do so. I don't mind paying a fair wage but $150 per hour is way too much.

I had a 9am appointment for something I thought would be a quick in an out and it took them 4hrs to do. I requested a shuttle to drop me off at work and I had to wait over 1 hr for the shuttle. I wanted the shuttle to pick me up and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I called about 10 times got someone on the phone who kept transferring me around. Finally I just decided to walk back to pick up my vehicle because I had no other choice. It's was a very disappointing first visit.
