My main complaint is the shuttle service. This is the second time I have been stuck at the mall for approximately an hour waiting for the shuttle to arrive. I called and spoke to a lady on the phone who was very rude and said that it can sometimes take up to two hours to wait for the shuttle. That is unacceptable. This lady also transferred me to the manager who didn't answer their phone. Gordon was very helpful and I realize the shuttle is not his fault.

Initial issue of the car was the Bluetooth. Took it to metro Honda service but couldn't fix by a technician. Was told to come back at 1pm. Went to service and was told didn't need service.. was referred to get a factory reset and to come back the next day. Went the next day and was told they didn't have the part and said they will order and come back in two days. 2 days later, came in at 7:15 am. Got a text around 2pm advising the car is ready. Went in 2:30pm and got out the place at 4 pm because the guys lost our car key or were unable to
Locate the key . Really? An hour and a half just to pick up a car? After all the trouble and the inconvenience of almost coming to the service almost everyday that week?
