I have used your services centre for some time now, very sad to hear today that my Honda Van that died on me 2 nights ago in the middle of no where was as a result of a bad transmission.How can my transmission just go bad with no prior warning.I am very disappointed that I was using your services center yet I had no warning about the things I was told today.Very poor and disappointing. This was the worst experiences I have ever had with a honda dealership, and I will not be bringing my car back nor will I ever consider purchasing a car from this dealership.
I was told that my car would be done by 12:30PM, and in fact my paperwork said "Promised By 12:30PM". Around 1:30PM I had not heard anything from Honda so I called the service department to find out if my car was ready. I was told to leave a message for Gordon so I did and asked him to call me back with an update.
After 45 minutes of not hearing from Gordon I called the service department again. This time the person I spoke to told me that they will walk over to Gordon to see what is going on. When they got back on the phone with me they told me Gordon would be calling me back in 15 minutes with an update.
After 45 minutes of not hearing from Gordon for the second time. I called back again. Then I was told by the lady that I spoke to that she would check the status of the car herself since Gordon was not ever getting back to me. Once back on the phone she told me that the car was finished and that Gordon just needed to finish the paperwork and he would call me back when he was done, but of course he never called. I did get an automated text though.
She also told me that I should just head over now. I told her that I needed the shuttle to pick me up since my car was in the Honda shop, and she told me it would be about 1-2 hours before the shuttle could pick me up. Keep in mind that it was already 3:30PM at this point. 3 hours past what I was promised. So instead of waiting 2 hours I decided to get an Uber which I had to pay for out of my own pocket.
In the end I got out of there around 4:15PM, and a 2-3 hour repair took almost 6 hours. I was left without a car for the entire day, and Gordon never bothered to call me even once.
So overall I would say my first and last experience with Metro Honda was horrible.

It was fixed in a good amount of time. However, my mirror was taped to the window before doing the service but after that it looked like someone cut the tape so it's loose now.
