Henry was wonderful, taking the time to try and make sure I could get the necessary accessories installed. Even though the first time I had an appointment it turned out that Honda HADN'T ordered my ProPack despite me having made my appointment a week prior, Henry apologized and then made it so that the other installment was done that day. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, I was glad he was the one I interacted with.

Staff could be more friendly, and better at telling the customer when their car is ready. Let's just say the "helpful" Honda guys aren't so helpful here. Also, what's the point of having an appointment if the oil change still takes 1hr 45 mins?

John has great customer service skills. He was the highlight of the experience. Comments not related to John: Metro Honda should change the practice of parking finished cars tightly on the hill at the entrance. That was an unnecessary hassle. Shuttles should pick up customers as well as drop them off.

At o r block from the dealer, stared again the light on the screen "check engine oil level, transsmition oil, etc." Same problem for eich we been paid I think two times and still the same. Mr. **** told me that everything was fixed but srill there and my concern and scary thoug is that "really the oil level is ok?? If my car is damage will be toue fall for not fix corrective or maybe is something from fabric. We are so disappointing with the service on out car. We hope that situation ending ok. We need the car for go to work.

Only one minor issue...in checking the recall they had to disconnect my battery and it wiped out my settings only one I am having a problem with is the resetting of my Bluetooth...but I will bring the car back for assistance as it is just a bit more than I can figure out...otherwise service was great and I appreciate the car wash!
