I thought customer service was terrible the gentleman that helped me must have had a bad morning he was not friendly at all. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle because he called to say it was ready I still waited a half hour because I guess he had it washed. But that should have been done before right! Idk not happy and will not be back to visit your service Dept. Or to purchase my next Honda PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME ! thank you mr. Mark F

Sandy took the time to search in the computer to make sure that we had had our timing belt replace, it had been done at 57,000 miles and our van has 107,000 miles so she had to go back all the way to 2013 or so . She wanted to make sure we did not have an extra expense but at the same time that we were up to date with the important repairs that our van needed.

Had an appointment at 8:30, arrived at 8:10 to a very busy drive, waited and moved up as instructed, once a service person was available he choose to help another vehicle directly behind me. I asked why would you help that vehicle, the answer I got was this person had an appointment, I commented that I have an appointment as well and that person he allowed in front of me was behind me in line. Once the service and that the person came to my car he opened the car door, and asked were are the keys, I looked at him and told him the key is in the ignition you can't here the ringing? We went to complete the paper work, I mentioned to him that I had the car in for major service one month ago and my car was not given a car wash, he gave me a card with a number to input to get the car wash, he told me the car would be ready at 10:30 and I would receive a text message, I received a text message at 11:45, I went to pick up my car at 1:00 pm, it took 15 minutes to get my car, when I went to get the car wash the code that was on the card did not work, I went back to the dealership and told the service person the card did not work, he gave me another one. Im taking the time to write this not because I don't want anything, only to emphasize to your service department and customer service at Metro Honda, which needs to improve. I will not be bringing my Honda back to Metro for service.
