The issue with the CarPlay in my 2017 Honda CR-V is still not resolved. It is still disconnecting on and off since I purchased the vehicle. I am in constant communication with the service director, Mr Tony Maldonado. We are waiting for the decision of the Honda Regional Office regarding the issue. This has been going on since I purchased the vehicle on April 2017.

Pick up experience was over one half hour. Car was not washed as asked. Work on car seems to be fine. Sandra was careful and was thorough. Not there at pick up. Other man acted as if he was looking for ny car but was ineffective and rather rude. Otherwise car work was fine.

When a went to pick my car
I was told that they couldn't find my car and when they found it found iit
They couldn't find the keys so they had to make an extra key for me it took about two hours to give me the car I was told that they were going to wash my car never did so I'm very upset with the service

I was worried at first because this was my second time having the car towed for the same reason. It took 3 days to figure it out but hopefully this last fix will do the trick. Gordon and Vance were extremely helpful and patient when I needed it. Vance explained the problem which helped a lot. I would bring my Honda back to Meyro again if it had problems.

My car engine light came on & right away I called in for service. I was promptly given an appointment that worked perfectly with my schedule. Once at Metro Honda Mr. Wilcox took care of me & my car. After the car was ready I received an e-mail from Mr. Wilcox notifying me that my car was ready to pick up. I live in Tustin but I drove all the way to Claremont not only because my car originally purchased ther through autoland, the service I receive every time I call it came in is worth the hour drive.
