HORRIBLE service. Why even offer a shuttle service when you have to wait over an hour to be dropped off 5 minutes away? If I would have been dropped off at the mall, I would have had to wait probably and hour just to get back. No one seemed to know what they were doing. The ONLY person who was competent was Robert, the shuttle service guy. And the funny thing is, he went above and beyond his job when I didn't even end up taking the shuttle and it wasn't even his job to check the status of my car. My service advisor,Henry, just stated "we're backed up because we have a lot of walk ins so it'll be a couple of hours". That's RIDICULOUS for a person who HAS AN APPOINTMENT. I asked him if he could at least tell me when the shuttle car would come and get me, How long it would take to at least pick me up from the mall and how long til my car was ready. Of course I couldn't get a straight answer, other than "we're backed up and have a lot of paperwork to handle". Horrible horrible HORRIBLE!! You can definitely learn something from Infiniti across the street. Again, ROBERT THANK YOU!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
