I was very pleased with the service and accommodations John **** provided me. An emergency check on car was required. I came in without an appointment and received excellent service. John arranged Hertz to pick me up so I could rent a vehicle. Once my car was serviced, I received e-mail followed with a phone call. He was thorough in explaining service done on my car. For having a bad day, John definitely made it pleasant.
