The Service Rep, Vance Wilcox, is excellent. Please thank him for me! The reason I answered your question, "No!" is that once you pay for the services, it literally takes them 20 to 30 minutes to bring up your car so you can leave. The porters who are responsible for bringing up the cars don't appear to be supervised and walk around lost.

I bought a bran new 2017 Honda Pilot and 7000 miles later it is in the service department getting a new head installed. I did not buy a new car so that the engin would be taken apart. This is a factory defective car and needs to be replaced. Regarding our experience, Jogh **** was professional and well spoken. My only complaint is that I was not informed on the status enough. I had to call days later to find out what was going on with my car.
