Despite the horrible reviews I read on Yelp for Metro Honda, my experience with Joseph was rather pleasant. Joseph was very professional, he remembered who I was, and followed through on all of the promises he made. I can tell he works hard to be excluded from the negative yelp review. In fact, when filtering the yelp reviews by the word "Joseph" nearly all the results were positive reviews.
