I am definitely not satisfied! I have not been satisfied since the day I bought it. It started with the fact that I had problems with your financial guy Tim or Tom. Another employee called him to ask a question I spoke with him because I had decided to go directly with my credit union so it ended up not being a co-op loan he got pissed and started screaming at me! The employee had to take his phone back and tell him to relax I wasn't yelling or doing anything wrong. Second since December my car has been in the shop 4 times for the noise sound as if window crack open. Seals have been replaced, but it still makes noise. I'm tolds sorry it's comparable to other 2017 pilot so nothing they can do. For a new car it should be air tight. I dropped it of this last time mileage was 8088, picked it up drove home 8102 it's 8.9 from dealer to home. They didn't drive it very far to hear noise or on freeway. I feel they just don't want to be bothered. They state they drove another 2017 pilot. I will too. I will never buy or recommend a Honda or this dealershi Metro Honda Montclair. LISA F

Honda normally does free car wash whenever i do oil change. But the guy with blue shirt who drives the car to the lot says they're too busy because its sat. ****! But another gentleman said he can do the wash for me probably the one that does the maintenance because he's wearing a white shirt.

I think they organized my glovebox and even gave me an owners manual... The dealer where I bought my civic didn't even give me an owners manual. I regret not buying from Metro Honda. They're just the best. Joseph King was professional, but also very kind and down to Earth. I felt like family.
