I waited forever to get my car back. I was in at 4:30 and got my car after 7:30. They could not locate my car. It was parked up front all along and nobody knew. I was given my paperwork and no keys. Mechanic came to apologize. I asked for a free oil change for the inconvenience they said they could not do that. Really?
