Iam thankful that Almighty God Bless patrick Henry as my service provider,because he doesn't just take what i think is wrong with my car and send it to the mechanics, he takes time to make sure there's nothing else wrong with my car, by asking me question and not rusting me off.I appreciate his safety techniques. He's very professional : he checks up on my car,keeps me posted about the service of my car,and the approximate time it maybe ready . He answers all my questions i may have, and if he doesn't have the answers, he looks it up or take me to someone that does have the answer.Thank you

Usually very prompt service and communication. I called a day before to schedule first AM appointment and authorized $130 inspection fee. This was not communicated with the service team and my vehicle was not ready until mid afternoon. I was not contacted or updated all day. Not the type of service I typically get at metro Honda.
