The source of the noise in my car could not be fully resolved, but I was told to bring my car in at another time if desired. Since two separate attempts were made to fix the problem, but could not fully fix it, I have decided to not try again.
On one occasion, I was told to arrive in about an hour to check the noise in my car, and even though I arrived just a little after that, I was kept waiting because my representative was not even present.
On a second occasion in the same day, I was told my car was ready to be picked up, and even though I informed the representative I would be there shortly after, when I arrived my representative was not present again and I ended up waiting a very long period of time. While I was waiting, another representative told me the other car I brought in was also ready, so I attended to that issue instead.
I understand that the representative is a busy person, but I would appreciate not being told to arrive at a specified time if the representative is not ready and available to assist me.
