Joseph King was nothing but kind, caring and assertive. He checked in on me within the time I was there to make sure I was doing well. He kept me informed about all my car details. Gave me suggestions and recommendations! He offered good small talk to keep me feeling relaxed and at ease! He complimented me when he found out I changed the flat tire to the spare tire. He truly cared about what I had to say and valued my opinions. He never did anything to my car unless with permission. He also added a car wash to finish off a great service. I'm so pleased to have worked with him today. I look forward to talking with him again soon.

I checked in 15mins before my appointed time with John. I take a seat at the lounge and waited till 10:30am. I get bored so I went out just to see my car parked outside. So I asked John if my car is all set and that's the only time he checked the status of my car. He went to the service dept. because I'm a bit upset. I stayed for another hour. Your customer's service ****. Hope you find a way to change for improvement.
